Day Eighty - St Patrick's Day

Amazing how big a deal the national day of one particular country is around the world. There are about 195 of them, but the Irish National day of celebration gets by far the biggest press.

We got stuck into St Patrick's Day today by eating the leftover soup our Bulgarian nanny had prepared earlier in the week. Not a potato to be seen anywhere in it.

Loki and I also jumped around the bedroom dancing to the Pogues' 'Sally Maclennane', which was quite funny listening to a 3 year old trying to belt out 'so buy me beer and whisky because I'm going far away!'

But otherwise we were very well behaved and did nothing to jeopardise the weigh-in tomorrow. In fact, Iu and I are starving.
