Prostate cancer - starting gun fired
Got a call from the cock doc during our holiday in France about my prostate cancer status. Here's how it played out.. Gonna post regularly on this process because it is both scary and interesting at the same time.

Health reality checks #4 - more results
There are some people who are good talkers, and there are others who just shouldn't be. We met one of those people who falls into the latter camp... So that was good news, but it's back to the diet again.

Health reality checks #2 - the big C
After my heart ablation, I found I was virtually unable to speak, which for me is akin to death. In fact, dead people don't feel the need to chat, so it isn't as bad for them. Sub-Saharan beauty contests are out
Took a few steps backwards in week 4 of the diet this week. Hosted a dinner do on Sunday which aside from setting us back nearly £1k in food and drink, it turns out Iulia and I ate most of it. Sadly. Anyhow, here's the news... Thanks to Eric Lafforgue at www.ericlafforgue.com for his stunning photos which inspired me to draw this.
