We may be at a turning point with disciplining Loki. There was a moment on the weekend that opened up a new world of possibilities in dealing with the little tacker.
Myra Hindley, the scary looking person in the second to last panel, was a collaborator in the serial killer Ian Brady's perpetration of the Moors Murders of 5 young children in the 1960's. I don't know much about her personality or the details of the case, but two things I can say with confidence... 1) nothing about her is very funny, and 2) she is held up in the UK as the exemplar of female evil. I only say that because many of my cultural references only make sense to people over 50 who live in the UK. And that's a dying breed.
Anyhow, times are changing for Loki. His mum is finally recognising that if he keeps going in the direction he's heading, he'll end up as narcissistic as a partner in a leading consulting firm.
It’s exactly what we want from Loki. And to listen to his parents btw, i don’t like this Myra, she looks evil😁
This really made me laugh out loud. Poor Loki but much needed.
