Saturday has arrived and its time to chill. And take in our achievements so far on this diet.

A key point I'd like to stress to everyone is that exercise doesn't make you skinny. Negligible impact at all. It's mainly a time filler to keep you away from the fridge. That's about it.


So endeth the lesson.

That’s the whole philosophy of a diet - stay away from the places where food lives like the fridge. So we should exercise all the time we don’t wanna eat 😖
