An occupational hazard for diets is evenings with other business people. The social lubricants for productive conversations usually involve devilishly tempting opportunities to eat and drink.
And given that I've been eating Bulgarian home-made soup in the evenings for the last week or so, the opportunity to try something just a little bit different is very difficult to turn down.
The only good news is that the second dinner I had last night was basically clear soup. So hot water. Not a lot of calories in that.
Trouble is, tomorrow is another client event, and another moment of peril. This time I will definitely steer clear of the cauliflower.
You didn’t tell me about the second dinner!
At least the company was good... 😁
Very impressed. Need to up my game, just salads, soups and Loki’s soldiers
