Been a lot of interest since my LinkedIn post about virtually nothing one Saturday in June concerning my reference to the buzzword Vagile and its maturity as a working methodology.
Being a management consultant, I’d be more than happy to source supply side capabilities to address emerging demand on this topic and am willing to package it up as ‘Vag. As a Service’ or ‘VagAAS’ depending on people's budgetary constraints.
From what I have gathered, (or made up) Vagile treats traditional delivery methods and concepts of measurement as security blankets that mask what’s really going on, and considers that they need to be actively discarded.
Instead, Vagile offers an alternative approach to conventional methods as a means to achieving the same ends. Given visuals are often better than descriptions, I’ve captured my own understanding of this disruptive way of thinking in the form of a cartoon.
Bear in mind this is an open source method and therefore any practitioner insights into its effective adoption are welcome. Just don't look it up on Urban Dictionary - you'll get the wrong idea.
