Day Seventy Four - slowing down

Weigh in day today and the scales gave their judgement. Beginning to think we may need to install some kind of CCTV for the weigh-ins based on the conversation between Iu and I this morning.

Iulia justifies her lies by arguing that there is 'waste in the body that is still to come out', implying that she just needs another half an hour on the loo and hey presto she'll be a size 10 in a jiffy.

I think that goes both ways, in my experience, and can't be relied upon. The scales are the single source of truth and unfortunately what they say rules.
