Weigh in day tomorrow will be interesting. I feel like I've lost a bit of weight but I'm not sure whether it's just the impact of sweating a tonne thanks to the illness I picked up last week.
I haven't drunk any booze or eaten anything too substantial over the last week, but I may have recovered some of my water weight - so tomorrow's weigh in may show an increase. Who knows?
What is becoming clear is that my pants are getting looser - suggesting I'm losing some arse fat somewhere along the line.
It's true about my fly. I don't seem to give it the priority I used to when I was younger. Not sure why - maybe given my prostate I'm keeping myself subliminally in a state of perpetual preparedness.
