Day Thirty Two - still rolling

Today's weigh-in was something of a surprise - managed to lose a bit of weight during the week. A smartphone, a paper back book, or a tin of diet coke. Not bad. It's something, innit?


Steadily eating away at the target.


Need to be as good as gold for most of this week. Turn 53 on the weekend and am fully expecting to be eating cake. A day before the next weigh-in.


But I have to say. . . setting diet goals over the course of a year is a bloody good idea. Less stress. Less worry about the weigh-in. I suppose the only downside is, well, less dieting.
