Haven't talked a lot about dieting recently. Given this is a blog about my diet, I think I should probably rectify that.
All the bad stuff I'm doing to myself isn't as bad as I used to be, so in some way that's good. But there isn't a lot of progress on the diet lately - largely down to the fact I haven't really been dieting.
Let's see what happens when I do.
