It's happening again...

The one or two of you who have been following this blog may remember that I was on a diet last year. And it was very successful, for about 6 months, and then catastrophic for the remainder of the year.

However, I hadn't really understood true failure until I stood on the scales this morning, 9 months on from the last time.

As you will see, it's back to desperate measures for the next 5 months to try to bring this ship back into harbour. Without having to dig a new harbour.
